I help businesses understand user needs, problems, and behaviour by conducting
valuable qualitative research.
Upon design testing and approval, I create wireframes with annotations for the products to be built.
All the experience I gained reinforced my idea that any design, to thrive, must be a "human-centred design".

Born and raised in France, I came to London in 2003 to start my career in the catering industry, then went into retail management for the wine industry and later the interior design industry. That taught me a great deal about "client-facing" and the importance of visual appeal and customer journeys.
ā
In between, I developed my creative skills by completing a university degree in Interior Design and set up my own decoration business for a few years along with a side project of refurbishing a property back in France.

Most recently I graduated from the UX Design Institute and worked as a UX Designer to fully immerse myself into a more digital approach to User Experience Design.
